Discrete energy transfers, corresponding to frequencies of the order of 2 x 10$^{11}$ s$^{-1}$, are found in all HF solutions and in the solid solution of NH$_{4}$F. The results are compared to earlier results obtained with water. The observed transitions are interpreted as flucruations of protons between equivalent hydrogen bonding sites. | ||
