Reference delineations of the internal medial fiber masses of the amygdala in individual sections of the BigBrain (v1)
Reference delineations of the internal medial fiber masses of the amygdala in individual sections of the BigBrain (v1)
This dataset contains delineations of the distinct fiber bundles (intermediate caudomedial fiber masses (icm) and Lamella medialis (lm)) of the internal medial fiber masses of the amygdala complex (MF amygdala) in the individual, cytoarchitectonic coronal sections of the BigBrain. These fiber bundle...

These fiber bundles were delineated on the basis of their topographic location in relation to the cytoarchitectonic subdivisions of the amygdala complex in high-resolution histological sections (at 1-micron) of the BigBrain dataset. They have been transformed to the sections of the 3D reconstructed BigBrain space using the transformations, which were provided by Claude Lepage (McGill). |
