AGRICOLA contains bibliographic records from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Library. This database contains more than 4.6 million citations. The citations are comprised of journal articles, book chapters, monographs, theses, patents, software, audiovisual materials, and technical reports related to agriculture. AlphaFold, the state-of-the-art AI system developed by DeepMind, is able to computationally predict protein structures with unprecedented accuracy and speed. Working in partnership with EMBL’s European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), DeepMind released over 200 million protein structure predictions by AlphaFold that are freely and openly available to the global scientific community.
