Data are available for adults achieving tertiary education and the educational attainment of adults in different age groups whereas the enrolment rate is shown as a percentage of the same age group. The level to which adults have studied is often used as a measure of human capital and the level of an individual's skills – in other words the skills available in the population and labour force. |
