Partial-wave analysis of pp to pp pi0 data
Partial-wave analysis of pp to pp pi0 data
We present a partial-wave analysis of the polarization data for the reaction p(->)p(->)-> pp pi(0), based solely on the recent measurements at the Indiana University Cyclotron Facility for this channel. Methods for an improved analysis are discussed. We compare the extracted values to those...

We present a partial-wave analysis of the polarization data for the reaction p(->)p(->)-> pp pi(0), based solely on the recent measurements at the Indiana University Cyclotron Facility for this channel. Methods for an improved analysis are discussed. We compare the extracted values to those from a meson exchange model. The fit leads to a chi(2) per degree of freedom of 1.7. |
